Tom Duncan

At the time of the conversation in June, Tom Duncan led group-level initiatives across real assets and alternatives for Stoneweg-Icona’s AU$16 billion global platform and was based in London. Since then, he has taken a new role at Brisbane-based Sentinel Property Group. With two decades of experience in office investment strategy, he has held senior research, strategy and product roles in Australia and Europe with organisations including Cromwell Property Group, JLL, Colliers International and Swiss Life. 


At Stoneweg, Tom supported the strategic positioning of its AU$2.3 billion European office portfolio, focusing on both core and value-add assets. At Sentinel, he will use his experience to expand their investor base and grow their $2 billion AUM which includes the recent $132 million office acquisition in the heart of the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Precinct.
